And when it’s time to park the bikes, São Miguel has another side to discover. Relax in natural hot springs, discover beautiful Atlantic beaches, experience the island’s rich culture and enjoy the exceptional flavours of the Azores — from freshly caught seafood and locally produced cheeses to traditional dishes, tropical fruits and regional specialties.
For those who want to take the experience even further, there’s also the option to join a whale and dolphin watching excursion in one of the world’s richest marine environments.

This is an exclusive tour that is not available all year round. The 2027 departures are 18 to 23 May and 25 to 31 May. Each tour includes 4 riding days plus an arrival and a departure day.

The skill level is easy. About 70% of the riding is on touring roads and 30% on more challenging roads. A valid motorcycle driving licence is required.
Expect daytime temperatures around 19–20°C and nights around 13–14°C, with warmer spells up to 21–22°C. The ocean is approximately 17°C.
Fly to Ponta Delgada airport (PDL). The shuttle from and to the airport is included; flight tickets are not. The motorcycles are shipped from Lisbon to Ponta Delgada for you.
You ride a KTM Adventure R 890 or 390. Motorcycle rental and shipping are included in the tour price.
