Frequently Asked Questions

What level of motorcycle experience is required for this tour?

The tour is designed to be adaptable to different levels of experience. A valid motorcycle driving licence and basic off-road driving experience are required. Our guides adapt the routes according to the group's level, offering simpler or more challenging alternatives as needed. If you have any doubts about your level, please contact us before booking to assess if the tour is suitable for you.

What type of motorcycles are used for the tour?

For this tour, we use the latest generation KTM and Husqvarna adventure trail motorcycles.

What should I pack for this motorcycle tour?

We recommend packing light but essential items: motorcycle protective gear (helmet, jacket, pants, boots, gloves), layered clothing for variable temperatures, sunscreen, sunglasses, a small backpack for personal items during rides, swimwear for hotel pools, a camera for capturing the spectacular landscapes, and any personal medications. We provide detailed packing lists upon booking confirmation. Remember that while the Canary Islands enjoy mild temperatures, conditions can vary significantly between coastal areas and mountain altitudes, so layering is key.

What happens in case of bad weather during the tour?

The Canary Islands benefit from one of the most stable climates in the world, with over 300 sunny days per year. However, in the rare event of inclement weather, our experienced guides will adapt the route to safer areas or alternative activities. We constantly monitor weather conditions and may modify the itinerary to ensure both safety and enjoyment. If extreme weather makes riding impossible on a particular day, we have contingency plans including cultural visits or rescheduling certain routes. Your safety is our priority, but weather disruptions are extremely rare during our recommended touring season.
