A valid driving licence, comprehensive insurance details and government-issued ID/passport are required.

Experience with gravel surfaces and basic off-road techniques is recommended for those choosing the adventure route, although routes can always be adapted to more tarmac or easier terrain.

Enjoy carefully curated multi-course local gastronomic experiences. All dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.

We adapt each route according to your skills and preferences: if you are a beginner with some experience, intermediate or advanced, we adjust the itinerary so that you can enjoy to the fullest without feeling pressured. We can modify the routes, the type of accommodation and include complementary experiences such as stargazing, cultural visits or geological explorations. After getting to know your level of experience, we will create the ideal route so that you can enjoy to the fullest within your comfort zone, ensuring an unforgettable and safe adventure.

  • Protective gear: It is important for your safety – chest protector or enduro jacket with protectors, knee pads, elbow pads, quality helmet (adv or enduro), goggles, protective gloves and enduro boots. We also recommend a hydration backpack (min. 2L).
  • Clothing: Layered clothing – be prepared for temperature variations during the day. Bring a lightweight waterproof jacket (compact) for possible weather changes. Pack base layers that wick moisture and some spare clothes.
  • Miscellaneous: Valid motorcycle licence, personal medications, sunscreen and lip balm. A torch and a small towel may be useful.

Frequently Asked Questions

The tour is designed to be adaptable to different levels of experience. A valid motorcycle driving licence and basic off-road driving experience are required. Our guides adapt the routes according to the group's level, offering simpler or more challenging alternatives as needed. If you have any doubts about your level, please contact us before booking to assess if the tour is suitable for you.
For this tour, we use the latest generation KTM adventure trail motorcycles.
Trail or adventure motorcycles are the most recommended for this route. KTM Adventure 890 and 390 R, CF Moto 450 or similar work perfectly. The motorcycle must be in good mechanical condition, with tyres suitable for mixed terrain (50/50 or 60/40 road/off-road). We recommend additional protections such as sump guards, engine guards and crash bars.
Option only a available in the OnRoad version of this tour
Approximately 2,770 m asl at the Col de l'Iseran (French Alps) if included in the route, or 2,430 m asl in Andorra (Port d'Envalira). These altitudes can cause mild altitude sickness in some (slight headache or fatigue). That's why we maintain a moderate pace on the high passes and encourage drinking plenty of water (stay constantly hydrated). Our motorcycles are prepared for altitude, although you may notice a slight power reduction at the highest passes - nothing serious, just open the throttle a bit more!
Before entering each country, the guide will briefly explain the key rules (speed limits, peculiarities). For example, in France the generic limit is 80 km/h on secondary roads; in Switzerland, it is mandatory to have a motorway vignette (we will have one just in case); in Italy, watch out for average speed cameras. Our support vehicle and guide are on top of these regulations. We also have optional intercoms to alert the group of any situation on the road.
